How does the shirt stop my essentials from bouncing?

Our patented pocket design has been crafted with a built-in elastane cuff to prevent movement of your items while on the go. The sleeve of the shirt has a polyester spandex blend, which also aids the overall security of the essential items in the pockets with a natural fit around your upper arm.

Are the pockets sweat-proof?
